May 2007 Sup’t. goes to each school and district office to give update and

overview of SACS progress.

June 7, 2007 Review narratives

June 27, 2007 Meet with principals ( Principal’s Mtg.)

July 25, 2007 Meet with principals (Principal’s Mtg.) Compile school notebooks.

Talk about actual visit and schools to be visited.

August 10, 2007 Notebooks to schools for principals and faculty to review and begin

planning the school year

August 22, 2007 Principals have met with faculty and presented plans

Aug.-early Sept. Any loose ends fixed

September Final copies of District plan to SACS QAR Team

October 7-10 SACS QAR Team Visit
